Telford Theatre's Jack and the Beanstalk gets a naughty festive twist
Think panto, but not as you know it. Adults are being invited to swap festive family fun for an evening of outrageous comedy and cheeky antics at the special adults-only performance of Jack and the Beanstalk at Telford International Centre.
Taking place on Sunday 27 December at 8pm, this one-night-only performance offers a grown-up version of the much-loved pantomime, swapping family-friendly fun for a decidedly naughtier evening of entertainment.
Audiences can expect outrageous comedy, cheeky innuendo, hilarious audience participation and plenty of surprises that would make the fairy blush. Packed with adult humour, strong language and plenty of festive mischief, this is a panto designed exclusively for audiences aged 18 and over.
Councillor Angela McClements, Telford & Wrekin Council Cabinet Member for Culture, Tourism and Leisure, said: “Christmas can be a busy time, so sometimes the grown-ups deserve a treat too. Our adults-only performance is the perfect excuse to gather your friends, enjoy a fun festive night out and laugh until your cheeks hurt. If you love panto and don't mind a bit of mischief, this is the show for you."
