Denmark House is located within the wider Station Quarter development and once complete will offer premium living, brought forward by Nuplace, Telford & Wrekin Council’s wholly owned housing company.

Contractor Bowmer + Kirkland is due to finish the build in the next few weeks and in anticipation, appointments for people to view the show home have gone live this week.

The show home will be open for viewings by appointment only on Wednesday 20 May from 5 to 7pm and on Saturday 23 May from 10am to 4pm. More appointments will be made available in the following weeks.

The building will offer 84 fully furnished apartments across six floors, with a number of specially designed and adapted properties within the complex.

As well as each apartment coming with superfast broadband, people will be able to enjoy the spacious rooms, stylish bathrooms, sleek fitted kitchens, concierge service, a 24/7 parcel locker service and quality communal spaces indoors and out.

Councillor Richard Overton, Deputy Leader of Telford & Wrekin Council and Cabinet Member for Highways, Housing and Enforcement, said:

“This is a landmark project for the Council as part of our investment in the wider Station Quarter development and is the first apartment complex of its kind in the town centre.

“Not only does Denmark House offer a range of one and two bedroom fully furnished apartments for rent, but there are also premium onsite facilities including flexible workspaces, communal areas, and much more.

“And with bars, restaurants, green spaces and good commuter links, just a short walk away, it provides all the perks of town centre living.

“The apartments offer flexibility too and are perfect for couples, singletons, small families, people looking to flat share or even downsize.

“The apartments will be ready to move into this summer, so I’d urge people to book an appointment and see for themselves how fantastic the apartments are.”

Rental prices start from £850 per calendar month for one bedroom apartments and £1,000 per calendar month for two bedroom apartments.
