Opening Saturday’s line-up, Shades of Grey band artist Gyn Jines said: “We are proud to be the first band to play on the fabulous, renewed Telford Town Park Amphitheatre. Expect mainly upbeat covers and don’t be shy to dance!”
Also performing on Saturday, Caradoc & the Loachra promise “a huge sound for just a two-piece band… with infectious vibrant energy,” while crowd favourites Stomping Jacks are inviting audiences to “join the fun” as they celebrate the reopening of such an iconic venue.

Looking ahead, the celebrations will continue throughout the summer, with plans already underway to welcome back some of the much-loved bands from the Amphitheatre’s heyday.
