‘Meet Shaun’ in Hadley

The event offer residents the chance to talk to Councillor Davies face to face and find out more about the council’s plans to protect, care and invest to create a better borough.

Residents can also bring along their ideas or discuss any concerns about key issues in their local area.

The session will take place on Thursday 14 December, between 1.30pm and 3pm, in Hadley at Telford Cultural Resource Centre (TF1 5NG) and it will be the last event of the year.

No appointments are required, residents are invited to drop in at any time during the 90-minute session and talk to Shaun on a 1:2:1 basis.

Councillor Shaun Davies commented: “Firstly a big thanks to everyone who has come along to talk to me over the last few months. Whether that be in person or by watching my online events. I have been to Newport, Dawley, Wellington, Madeley and Oakengates so far; all of which have been equally valuable, with different questions and comments raised.

“I know December is a busy month for everyone, so if you can’t make this date, but you have something you would like to raise, please look out for my future sessions in early 2024 which are to be announced soon.”

Other ways of keeping in touch with the council leader include on Facebook and Twitter by following @cllrshaundavies or signing up to the leader’s weekly email update which lands in thousands of resident’s inboxes every Friday.
