Vision 2032 – share your views and win £100

Telford & Wrekin Council and local partner organisations are asking residents and borough visitors what they would like to see for the future of Telford and Wrekin, with a chance to win a £100 gift voucher.

Vision 2032 – share your views and win £100

The council has launched an online survey to gather feedback about Vision 2032, the forward-thinking ambitions of what the borough should look like in ten years’ time.

People of all ages are encouraged to have their say by completing the survey online.

The survey is split into three specific ambitions: creating a carbon-neutral economy, how communities can thrive and how residents can live healthy and independent lives. Participants can complete the whole survey, or just the sections that interest them most.

Leader of the Council, Councillor Shaun Davies (Labour), said: “Telford and Wrekin is a place we can all be proud of, a place where people want to raise their families, businesses want to invest, workers want to work and visitors want to spend time. We’ve got a lot to shout about. However, there’s always more that we can do and standing still isn’t an option.

“We want Telford and Wrekin to be in a place where people from all backgrounds feel safe, are successful and, importantly, live long, happy lives. And we want our borough to be attractive, culturally rich, outward looking and positive.

“By collecting feedback from our residents, we can truly understand what matters to them most. We’re on your side, and want to make Telford and Wrekin the very best it can be for anyone who lives or visits our borough.

“Vision 2032 covers a range of important topics from education, infrastructure, healthcare and green spaces. The feedback you provide will enable us to deliver these ambitions, working collaboratively with our partners over the next ten years.”

All completed surveys also have the option to be entered into a prize draw to win one of three gift vouchers, worth £100 each.
