It is part of the council’s Growth & Recovery programme and support includes in-depth business planning for growth, help with diversification, new product launches and branding.
The consultant panel, which has extensive business and industry experience, can also support with independent financial assessments, new website development, digital marketing, e-commerce sites, social media and selling products on Amazon.
With the ever-increasing threat of cyber attacks, businesses can also receive cyber security advice to make sure their business is well prepared.
The support is available to businesses who have been trading for six months or more and is also for social enterprises based in the Telford and Wrekin borough.
Businesses can apply for the support they need here and the closing date for applications is 31 January, 2022.
Councillor David Wright, Telford & Wrekin Council’s Cabinet Member for Economy, Housing, Transport and Infrastructure, said: “We have fully supported businesses as they navigate their way through the pandemic through our growth & recovery programme.
“Businesses have already benefited from a series of grants and other funding through the scheme but this one-to-one support is about ensuring companies have access to the specialist help and advice they need.
“Our specialists can tailor the support and advice they offer to each individual business, helping them to grow, diversify and face the future with confidence.”
