Enforcement – as mentioned last week, our Neighbourhood Enforcement Officers are more than just traffic wardens! In their first week of having the new civil parking enforcement powers, two of them found themselves helping emergency services when a man fell from a pavement in Ironbridge. The casualty was lying in the middle of the road and unable to move, and our officers helped the police and ambulance service by closing off the road and diverting the traffic away. More info about their civil parking enforcement role here.
