On Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 August, for one weekend only Telford Ice Rink will be transformed into a fairy tale wonderland.

Make your way into the themed rink, filled with enchanted props and surroundings to set imaginations alight. Once Upon a Telford Time will see all familiar fairy tales come alive, with real princesses and princes to meet and greet along the way.

Each ticket price will grant customers entry into Telford Ice Rink and Soft Play for three hours, inclusive of all fairy tale themed activities and skating.

With exclusive access everywhere, customers can discover each activity at their own pace. The following activities are included in the Once Upon a Telford Time ticket:

•FREE skating aids

•Craft making, and something for the children to take away

•Face painting

•Entry into Soft Play and Telford Ice Rink

•Meet real life princesses and princes

•Storytelling by characters

•Paint on the ice in a themed zone

•Make a wish on the interactive wishing tree

•Enjoy a 'safe zone' on the ice for younger children with less experience.

The event is guaranteed to keep children busy and provide memorable experiences both on and off the ice this summer, whether it’s sprinkled in fairy dust or meeting a courageous prince… It’s all happening at Telford Ice Rink.

Councillor John Minor, Cabinet Member for Leisure, Green Spaces and Parks, said “The team are excited to provide such an incredible family experience this summer at Telford Ice Rink. It sounds like they will be transforming the space to create the wow factor.”
