Street lighting – crews are continuing with upgrading lights to more energy-efficient LEDs in Wellington, Hadley & Leegomery, Brookside and Dawley.

Potholes – crews are continuing to find and fix potholes as well as repairing those potholes that have been reported.  Please help by reporting any potholes you spot using this link

Litter picking and grass cutting – estate crews will be out litter picking in areas around Brookside, Sutton Hill, Woodside, Hollinswood, Randlay, Stirchley, Malinslee, Leegomery and College. Anyone wanting to report an issue with littering in their area can do so here.  Crews will be grass cutting this week on sites where it isn’t too wet.

Ironbridge – a pair of Grade II listed railway crossing gates have been removed for restoration. The gates were installed in c1862 and are believed to be the largest surviving crossing gates in the UK. You can read more about this here.  Work to improve the paths and steps along the heritage trail that runs past the coracle shed in Ironbridge starts this week. More here
