Telford turns 50 – free creative writing workshop

The Council invites anyone interested in creative writing and in getting involved in Telford’s 50th celebrations to a free workshop.

Telford turns 50 – free creative writing workshop

Together with the writer & blogger Jean Atkin, you will be able to explore those words that best capture 50 years of Telford (the town’s history, setting and the feelings it invokes to people).

Your words could become a permanent feature in Southwater Square when it opens in 2018 and could be there for generations to come!

Details of the workshop are as below.

Date: Friday 29 September, 2017
Time:  1-4 pm
Venue:  3rd floor of the Southwater Library
All welcome, you can drop in anytime
