Water supply issues affecting South Telford - schools

Update 10pm - Throughout today the council has been helping Severn Trent deal with a major water mains burst which has affected large parts of south Telford.

Water supply issues affecting South Telford - schools

Many residents are asking how this may impact on services including schools on Monday.

At this stage, we are sorry but we cannot say for certain. This is because Severn Trent expect the water supply to resume to many areas overnight, however we can't be sure yet precisely which areas will have water and which may not.

The Council will endeavour to keep information as up-to-date as possible however, we may not have a clear picture until around 7.30am.

Any schools that are affected should post details of this on the dedicated schools closure page
