Telford & Wrekin Council has called for an urgent investigation after a taxi driver, licensed in Wolverhampton, was filmed going the wrong way on the Eastern Primary in Telford.
The Shropshire Star reports the Go Carz vehicle was caught on a camera, fitted to the helmet of a motorcycllist.
The footage was filmed at 5.30 on Sunday morning, then posted on Youtube by the biker.

In response, Councillor Hilda Rhodes, cabinet member for public protection, safety and enforcement said: “We can confirm the driver in question is licensed by Wolverhampton City Council, where Go Carz also has a depot.
"Even though the driver isn’t licensed with Telford & Wrekin Council, we are working very closely with Wolverhampton Licensing Service to ensure they take the necessary action.
"Because this happened on one of our borough’s roads, as soon as we saw this video on the Shropshire Star website, we asked for an urgent investigation and to be kept updated.”
