Safety training courses now available to the public
Telford and Wrekin Training Services has launched its range of high quality training courses to the public.
The training provider will offer the courses to businesses, organisations and individuals across Telford and Wrekin and further afield.
Courses include First Aid, Health and Safety and Food Safety. The launch follows the courses being made available to council staff at the end of April in the form of the successful Save A Baby workshop.
Councillor Richard Overton, Telford & Wrekin Council’s deputy leader and cabinet member for Public Protection, said: “Telford and Wrekin Training Services aims to enable people to carry out aid informed decision making which meets the needs and health and safety requirements of their workforce.”
The Council is a trusted authority with ultimate responsibility for the health and wellbeing of our local community and partners. Our trainers have 25 years of experience and training is tailored to our customers’ needs.
Telford and Wrekin Training Services is an approved training centre for both the Royal Life Saving Society and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
The training provider uses its own facilities to keep costs to a minimum for the public but also have the flexibility to go anywhere at anytime.
